Aaron Leong

Practice Trainee

Aaron brings experience from a corporate law practice focused on start-ups, venture capital, M&A and general corporate work. He has assisted on acquisitions, investments, legal due diligence, commercial contracts and corporate advisory matters.

Alongside his legal work, Aaron has founded and co-founded technology ventures and digital platforms, giving him first-hand experience in product strategy, customer discovery and business operations. His earlier experience spans M&A, corporate finance and investment banking, giving him an understanding of the legal, commercial and investor perspectives within a transaction.

Aaron holds a B.A. in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
