Eric has extensive experience advising global corporates, medical practices and doctor-founders, multi-generational businesses, venture funds and high-growth companies on complex transactional, commercial and regulatory matters. Before founding Elix Law, he practised at leading large law firms, where he developed experience on complex corporate and commercial matters. He has particular experience in the healthcare and life sciences, consumer goods and retail sectors and their intersection with technology.

Chee Ho See
Associate

Chee Ho has experience advising on corporate and capital markets transactions, including major listings, cross-border transactions and matters involving multinational companies. He developed his transactional experience at a Big Four law firm, where his deal experience included UltraGreen.ai and Centurion Accommodation REIT, both among the SGX’s largest recent listings.

Aaron Leong
Practice Trainee

Aaron has experience across corporate, M&A and commercial matters, including cross-border acquisitions, venture capital investments, legal due diligence, commercial contracts and general corporate advisory work. Having also founded and developed technology ventures, he brings a practical understanding of business operations and the commercial considerations facing founders and early-stage companies.
