You will work directly with the senior lawyers leading each matter, with practical guidance, close review and candid feedback as the work progresses. Wherever possible, you will remain involved from the first instruction through strategy, negotiation, documentation, completion and implementation, gaining the context to understand not only the task in front of you, but how it serves the client’s wider objective.

Our practice spans M&A, corporate, commercial contracts, employment, and regulatory and compliance matters. Much of our work places us alongside businesses at the cutting edge of healthcare, life sciences, medtech and other emerging technologies, as well as established consumer brands, food and beverage groups, and family and intergenerational enterprises.

This breadth offers exposure to significant transactions and the day-to-day decisions involved in building, operating and changing a business, with opportunities to join client discussions and see the practical effect of your work.
