Chee Ho is a corporate and commercial lawyer with experience across capital markets, cross-border transactions and general corporate advisory matters.

He previously practised at a Big Four law firm, where he was part of the Equity Capital Markets team and worked on a number of IPOs on the SGX Mainboard. His transaction experience includes advising the underwriters on the listings of UltraGreen.ai Limited, a medical diagnostics company, and Centurion Accommodation REIT, a student and worker accommodation REIT, both among the largest SGX Mainboard listings in recent years.

Chee Ho is familiar with the complexities of cross-border transactions and advising multinational companies on corporate matters.

He holds a law degree from the University of Bristol.
