Eric’s recent M&A experience includes advising a global cosmetics and beauty company on post-acquisition integration matters. He led the acquisition of a leading supermarket chain and an artisanal chain of bakeries and full-service restaurants in Singapore. He also acted for European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on its $40 million investment into one of the largest supermarket chains in Central Asia.
